Vegetable puffs, a very healthy and very easy to make! Kid’s Favorite! This video is published with subtitles. You can try with different vegetables. I used potatoes (3 boiled), 1 beetroot, i cup of chopped bell peppers (capscicum), 4 green chillies, 1 medium size red onion, ginger or ginger garlic paste, & coriander leaves. For masalas we need turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala or kitchen king Masala and salt.
Beet root is very good for health. I removed the skin and grated the beet root to make the cooking easier.
Beets are high in immune-boosting vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium (essential for healthy nerve and muscle function) and manganese (which is good for your bones, liver, kidneys, and pancreas). Beets also contain the B vitamin folate, which helps reduce the risk of birth defects.
