Rava Idli Recipe – Healthy Indian Vegetarian Breakfast, Snack

Rava Idli is a very popular Indian Breakfast Vegetarian recipe. It is recommended by dietitians due to low calories and also helps to control weight. World Idli Day falls on March 30 every year.

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Chana Dal
Urad Dal
Cashew nuts
Asafoetida
Ginger
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Curry Leaves
Bombay Rava
Curd
Water
Salt
Baking soda

PREPARATION:

Heat a pan and add Ghee, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Cashew nuts, Asafoetida, Ginger, Green chillies, Coriander leaves, Curry Leaves, Bombay Rava and fry them.

Take Curd, water and baking soda in a bowl and add the fried ingredients and mix well. Steam it in a Idly cooker.
