Bibingka is a delicious Filipino delicacy that is eaten as a snack, breakfast, or even made especially during the holidays. I make it whenever my cravings kick in!

Not only is it delicious, this recipe happens to be gluten-free as well! My gluten intolerant friends really love it when I make this bibingka recipe for them.
